6. Speed Enhancment

Turned on cgi booster on the backend. This makes a slight increase in web page delivery by utilizing php cache. Every little bit helps.

7. Forums Engine updated.

I updated to Fireboard 1.0.4 stable. A bunch of bugs have been fixed and no more double loading which slowed the forum down tremedously. This version is much faster and easier to use.
