Hello, just admiring your website and searching for more information about Nancy Ellen Love (wife of James Edward Mullis). Her father and mother were Charles Cannon Love, Jr. (my ggg-grandfather) and Frances "Franky" Mullis. I'm trying to determine why Charles Cannon Love, Jr. did not marry Franky Mullis since neither of them had children when Nancy Ellen Love was born (c.1853)? Charles went on to marry Rosanna Little in 1853 and Franky married Winslow Hinson in 1857. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I should mention that there is some dispute about Nancy's year of birth. Your web site has 1853, but other sources say 1857. While the 1910 census supports 1853, there's other evidence to support 1857. I would appreciate any help you could provide resolving this issue. Thanks!
