Beulah Mullis, 89, of Las Vegas, died April 4, 2005.

She was a retired nurse and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. She is survived by her daughter, Kathryn of Las Vegas.

Visitation will be from 9:30-10 a.m. Monday, April 11, with graveside services to follow, at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave.

Donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
