posted February 8, 2008 James E. "Mull" Mullis Sr., 72, of Soddy-Daisy, died on Thursday, Feb. 7, 2008. He was retired from IBEW Local 175. His wife, Imogene Mullis, preceded him in death. He is survived by his sons, Mike Mullis, Edward Mullis; brother, Delmar Mullis; sister, Louise Mitchell; and seven grandchildren. The memorial service will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with the Rev. Troy Simmons officiating. Visitation is from 4-9 p.m. on Friday. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions in memory of Ed Mullis to American Cancer Society, P.O. 22118, Oklahoma City, Ok. 73123-1718.
