STANFIELD Mrs. Alexander, 86, of 8654 Rock Hole Rd, died Wednesday,
January 9, 2008 at Britthaven of Piedmont, Albemarle.
Funeral is Saturday, January 12, 2008 at 2:00PM at Hartsell Funeral Home-Midland with Dr. Darrell Nance officiating. Visitation is Friday, January 11, 2008 from 7:00-9:00 PM at Hartsell Funeral Home-Midland. Interment will be in Carolina Memorial Park, Kannapolis. The family will meet at the home of her daughter, Barbara Hatley at 8654 Rock Hole Rd., Stanfield, NC. Mrs. Alexander was a clipper for Allison Manufacturing. Survivors include his son, Cecil Craven Alexander of Monroe, NC; daughter, Barbara Hatley of Stanfield, NC; half-brother, James Hargett of Nebraska; 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Craven Alexander; father Frank Hargett; mother Cornealia (Allen) Hargett; half-sister, Lucille Helms; daughter Jeanette Burris; grandson David Wayne Hatley; brother Lenard Hargett.
