The Ohio Highway Patrol says the victim is 42-year old Bobby Ray Mullis. The patrol says the accident happened around 12:15 am at the intersection of 11th and Clay Streets. The driver of the pickup who hit Mr. Mullis was not injured. No word if any charges will be filed. The Highway Patrol say the accident is still under
investigation.
